Wimbledon-born player who began his career in Thanet youth football before joining Whitstable as a 17 year-old for the 80/81 season.
Adrian then moved to Thanet United during the 81/82 campaign. He played exclusively for United's reserves and then moved on to Herne Bay for the 82/83 season.
Adrian began the 83/84 campaign at Ramsgate but returned to Hartsdown midway through the season, becoming a regular in Thanet's reserve side once again. Adrian also made one first team appearance, coming on as a substitute in a 4-1 defeat at Poole on 24.3.84, but he left the club at the end of the campaign.
He later played local amateur football for teams that included Westgate during the 85/86 season. Adrian was still playing locally in the mid-1990's.
During his time with Thanet Adrian's father Gerry was part of United's reserves' management team and Gerry later joined the club's management committee.
